After a rather tough play, Dynamo Trulll's Lars Jäger got a free kick in the 12th minute. Niclas Schlagbauer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Mihrmeister having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Dynamo Trulll's goal looked a bit too open when Niclas Schlagbauer came free, but Steffen Mihrmeister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandro Jennemann succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 45th playminute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Henn made a kick off. When Axel Otters fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cruz Grande's protests and gave Axel Otters a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Fritz during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Dynamo Trulll:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cruz Grande:s goal. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Cruz Grande. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niclas Schlagbauer in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steffen Mihrmeister saved Dynamo Trulll from getting behind. When Cruz Grande's Niclas Schlagbauer, in the 78th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Cruz Grande. Adrian Henn struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Thorsten Terstappen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dynamo Trulll.
