Spectators: 6780 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Wennemer started the match with the kick off. Jonas Schmitt got in the 4th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Steffen Hörbelt handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Björn Stromann in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steffen Hörbelt saved Loibichl FC from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Björn Stromann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steffen Hörbelt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Benjamin Wesseler hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Oscar Hanschirik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Steffen Hörbelt. Loibichl FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 24 played minutes Loibichl FC got a freekick which was hit by Erich Vanik. Steffen Hörbelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Stromann in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Falkenburg FC's Jonas Schmitt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steffen Hörbelt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Schmitt was the one to do the kick off. Holger Behn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Wennemer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Björn Stromann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Steffen Hörbelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sven Verpoort fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loibichl FC's protests and gave Sven Verpoort a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Falkenburg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willi Gaertner to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Schmitt in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steffen Hörbelt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Falkenburg FC's Rüdiger Scheffler got a free kick in the 75th minute. Steffen Hörbelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Schmitt in the 79th minute of the match. Steffen Hörbelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Schmitt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Björn Stromann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steffen Hörbelt. Loibichl FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Björn Stromann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Falkenburg FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Loibichl FC.
