With an all-out effort, FK Austria's Jonas Rinnerer threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Horneber, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Wallnerberg's Jonas Bak got a free kick in the 12th minute. Jonas Rinnerer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Robert Fritschken. Wallnerberg's Jonas Rinnerer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Wallnerberg from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when René Juhr got free with Jonas Rinnerer in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Robert Horneber came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the FK Austria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Horneber couldn't finish the play. René Juhr in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonas Rinnerer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell René Juhr to make the kick off. Wallnerberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Horneber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Peter Harand charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peter Harand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, FK Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Harand to maneuver through the defense.
