FC Elfenhain's Julian Lüger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save FC Elfenhain from getting a goal against them. After 20th play minutes Cedric Bauer shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Steffen Rousek and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cai Yi Shu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Elfenhain's supporters rose to their feet, but Cai Yi Shu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steffen Rousek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cedric Bauer in the 29th minute of play forced Pesoos's goalkeeper Steffen Rousek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes, FC Elfenhain's Dennis-Maurice Zentner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Steffen Rousek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Elfenhain reached it. After having played for 32 minutes, Yannik Nowotny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Elfenhain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yannik Nowotny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 34 played minutes Pesoos got a freekick which was hit by Mirco von Gyldenfeldt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cai Yi Shu in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steffen Rousek saved Pesoos from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Pesoos's zone, Yannik Nowotny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Rousek came out of the goal and Yannik Nowotny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Cedric Bauer put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Steffen Rousek. When FC Elfenhain's Cedric Bauer in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pesoos's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Pesoos's Steffen Rousek got control of the ball when Cedric Bauer tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Leon Schaaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Jörg Eggenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pesoos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörg Eggenfeld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Lüger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over FC Elfenhain could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pesoos throughout the match.
