Thorsten Graf made the kick off and thus started the match. Erik Seiderer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Dominik Lakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Mattias Eberhart notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Damtschach's Hans-Peter Ozabiner. Hans-Peter Ozabiner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mattias Eberhart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans-Peter Ozabiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Reiners, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Nils Schnoor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Lakos having to interfere. Hans-Peter Ozabiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Steffen, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Damtschach's Hans-Peter Ozabiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Reiners in the 36th minute of play. Nils Schnoor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Edelseeberg were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robin Schöttel was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Sven Steffen could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Hans-Peter Ozabiner however easily saved by the left post. After 60 minutes of play, Damtschach's Thorsten Graf made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominik Lakos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jo Defeu kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Damtschach's Hans-Peter Ozabiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Eberhart in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, David Platen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Damtschach's Hans-Peter Ozabiner didn't even have to move. Sven Steffen struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Hans-Peter Ozabiner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edelseeberg. 83 minutes into the match, Damtschach's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Schöttel came free, but Hans-Peter Ozabiner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Lakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorsten Graf in the 85th minute of the match. Hans-Peter Ozabiner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robin Schöttel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 90 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Edelseeberg had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
