Spectators: 6786 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Olaf Sauter got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Stanz FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Käding to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Andre Rabe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stanz FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 9 minutes of play, Draugegend's Lennart Kahofer made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kai-Christian Fedde was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lennart Kahofer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olaf Sauter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Draugegend's Stephan-Andreas Dreher nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kai-Christian Fedde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 22 minutes into the game, Lennart Kahofer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Kai-Christian Fedde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erik Kuefer kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Kai-Christian Fedde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedikt Faber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Stephan-Andreas Dreher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kai-Christian Fedde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volkmar Humpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Olaf Sauter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kai-Christian Fedde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stephan-Andreas Dreher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Stanz FSV defense, Lennart Kahofer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kai-Christian Fedde. The Stanz FSV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kai-Christian Fedde should have stopped the shot. After the first half Draugegend were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stephan-Andreas Dreher was the one to do the kick off. Stephan-Andreas Dreher took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kai-Christian Fedde. Kai-Christian Fedde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Kai-Christian Fedde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian-Michael Kahofer in the 59th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Stanz FSV got a freekick which was hit by Christian Engberts. When Benedikt Faber came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Draugegend fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedikt Faber couldn't finish the play. In the 64th play minute Stephan-Andreas Dreher came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kai-Christian Fedde. 1-7. Lennart Kahofer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai-Christian Fedde having to interfere. Lennart Kahofer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Stanz FSV's zone, Stephan-Andreas Dreher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kai-Christian Fedde came out of the goal and Stephan-Andreas Dreher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerrit Kremer kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Stephan-Andreas Dreher who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Kai-Christian Fedde when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Timo Hörtnagel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Lennart Kahofer hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Stephan-Andreas Dreher came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Draugegend fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stephan-Andreas Dreher couldn't finish the play. Andre Rabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Niels Kalweit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Draugegend's Lennart Kahofer managed to work through Stanz FSV's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Lennart Kahofer dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the final whistle sounded Draugegend left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stanz FSV.
