Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jan-Philipp Zugowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Dubberke in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Kuthei FC booed when Real Simmering was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy Eiffel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Roy Eiffel fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Simmering's protests and gave Roy Eiffel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Real Simmering was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Eiffel to maneuver through the defense. If Kim Betz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Burschick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias Dubberke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Real Simmering's Roy Eiffel got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Mathias Dubberke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jan-Philipp Zugowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Kuthei FC got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Terstege. Jan-Philipp Zugowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Dubberke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, Real Simmering's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Dubberke came free, but Jan-Philipp Zugowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kim Betz to strike the kick off in the second half. Andreas Terstege charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Terstege the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Kuthei FC got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Terstege. Andreas Herzog came out of the goal and Dominik Behrens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan-Philipp Zugowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Real Simmering's Dominik Behrens in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kuthei FC's goalie prevented a goal. Kuthei FC's Kim Betz got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kim Betz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 minutes, Robin Doderer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kuthei FC and the Real Simmering players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robin Doderer kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Dominik Behrens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Herzog having to interfere. Kuthei FC played a much better game than Real Simmering and deserved their victory. The Real Simmering players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
