Spectators: 6788 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benjamin Klimbacher took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 6 minutes, Benjamin Klimbacher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sv Albania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Klimbacher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wolf Reichert during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th minute, Wolf Reichert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldemar Breitner was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ulf Kapteina came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Tannheimer SV's Malte Wollberg. But to his dismay, Malte Wollberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Eike Klasen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Malte Wollberg struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ulf Kapteina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tannheimer SV. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malte Wollberg in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulf Kapteina saved Sv Albania from getting behind. Ulf Kapteina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eike Klasen in the 28th minute of play. Ulf Kapteina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malte Wollberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Malte Wollberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eike Klasen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sv Albania's Ulf Kapteina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malte Wollberg in the 41st minute of play. Torsten Adler kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd match minute, Tannheimer SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Wollberg to maneuver through the defense. Torsten Adler's late challenge caught a Tannheimer SV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torsten Adler helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th match minute, Sv Albania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Adler to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Tannheimer SV were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Eike Klasen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulf Kapteina having to interfere. Eike Klasen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ulf Kapteina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Eike Klasen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 61st minute, Stefan Ebbers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Klimbacher in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulrich Degner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Sv Albania's zone, Eike Klasen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulf Kapteina came out of the goal and Eike Klasen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Tannheimer SV's Eike Klasen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulf Kapteina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Eike Klasen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ulrich Degner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Klimbacher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Benjamin Klimbacher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulrich Degner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tannheimer SV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
