An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Mertens in the 3rd minute of play forced Fussball Revolution 2020's goalkeeper Per Münks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fussball Revolution 2020's Mats Pliso got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute, Gregor Kessler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stallhof FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jannik Butkus kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Christopher Renkewitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Marco Klingemann made a huge save. Uwe Neher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Klingemann having to interfere. Marco Klingemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uwe Neher, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Christopher Renkewitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Marco Klingemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the match, Uwe Neher tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Klingemann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 23rd match minute, Fussball Revolution 2020 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Manninger to maneuver through the defense. Marco Klingemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uwe Neher, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Marco Klingemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uwe Neher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Sven Bell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Uwe Neher came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Fussball Revolution 2020 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uwe Neher couldn't finish the play. Marco Klingemann stood somewhat misplaced when Uwe Neher came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 36 minute. Christopher Renkewitz got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-1 in the right cross in the 41st match minute before Marco Klingemann had time to react. Christopher Renkewitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Klingemann having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregor Kessler to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Renkewitz in the 54th minute of play forced Stallhof FSV's goalkeeper Marco Klingemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Uwe Neher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philipp Nellessen's late challenge caught a Fussball Revolution 2020's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philipp Nellessen helped the player get up and apologised. When Uwe Neher, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 87 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marco Klingemann was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Uwe Neher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Fussball Revolution 2020 were the better team. Fussball Revolution 2020's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
