Spectators: 7734 (Terracing: 5843, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 100) Mikes XI's Wolfgang-Bernd Heiden started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, André Durr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th minute Justus Luchtenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Wiedemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikes XI's Patrick Wiedemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justus Luchtenberg in the 12th minute of play. Justus Luchtenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrick Wiedemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justus Luchtenberg in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justus Luchtenberg in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Wiedemann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee gave SK Gala 1905 a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Norman Fischer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mikes XI's Patrick Wiedemann. 1-1. Johannes Wurfel's late challenge caught a Mikes XI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Wurfel helped the player get up and apologised. After 35 played minutes SK Gala 1905 got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Wurfel. In the 38th minute, Justus Luchtenberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Wiedemann was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in SK Gala 1905's zone, Wolfgang-Bernd Heiden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falko Ondraczek came out of the goal and Wolfgang-Bernd Heiden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute Johannes Wurfel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Wiedemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justus Luchtenberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, SK Gala 1905's Marko Odemer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patrick Wiedemann. Patrick Wiedemann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Mikes XI's Patrick Wiedemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Wurfel in the 59th minute of play. Justus Luchtenbergs short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Patrick Wiedemann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 62nd minute, SK Gala 1905's Justus Luchtenberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Justus Luchtenberg in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Wiedemann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Patrick Wiedemann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justus Luchtenberg's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Justus Luchtenbergs short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Patrick Wiedemann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Patrick Wiedemann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justus Luchtenberg got free with Patrick Wiedemann in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justus Luchtenberg in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Wiedemann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 played minutes Mikes XI got a freekick which was hit by Wolfgang-Bernd Heiden. 87 minutes into the match, Mikes XI's goal looked a bit too open when Justus Luchtenberg came free, but Patrick Wiedemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justus Luchtenberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Patrick Wiedemann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Justus Luchtenberg had several of the Mikes XI's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Patrick Wiedemann as he didn't even see the shot coming. Patrick Wiedemann made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Justus Luchtenberg sent off a good shot on target.
