Spectators: 7805 (Terracing: 5855, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Holger Schulte got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Kasperle FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Timo-Fabian Tyroff came free, but Holger Polzin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kasperle FSV getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Patrik Schlotter hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes Kasperle FSV got a freekick which was hit by Severin Stehr. A collision led to Kasperle FSV getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nikolaus Burschick hit a great ball. If Timo-Fabian Tyroff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Georg Wörmann fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kasperle FSV's protests and gave Georg Wörmann a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Corona booed when Kasperle FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Wörmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Björn Hirtzel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Holger Polzin. The goal made the score 2-0. After 33 minutes, Robin Unterberger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Corona and the Kasperle FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Corona's attentive Robin Unterberger managed to snatch the ball when Tim-Florian Schlagbauer made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. If Robin Unterberger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Corona's Steven Birmes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Bodemer in the 39th minute of play. Holger Polzin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timo-Fabian Tyroff's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Kasperle FSV's Dominik Bodemer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steven Birmes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Holger Schulte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timo-Fabian Tyroff was the one to do the kick off. Dominik Bodemer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Dominik Bodemer came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Kasperle FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Bodemer couldn't finish the play. Dominik Bodemer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Steven Birmes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Björn Hirtzel managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Corona's supporters rose to their feet, but Björn Hirtzel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Holger Polzin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Timo-Fabian Tyroff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Holger Polzin was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Holger Polzin came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Corona's Timo-Fabian Tyroff. But to his dismay, Timo-Fabian Tyroff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Robin Unterberger hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Holger Schulte fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Steven Birmes, passed just outside the right post. Steven Birmes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Schulte, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, FC Corona's Steven Birmes got control of the ball when Dominik Bodemer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Holger Schulte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Steven Birmes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasperle FSV's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
