Frederic Munderloh was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Torsten Vieth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torsten Vieth really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Max Kölzig hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 39 minutes of play, Fight Club's Torsten Vieth made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frederic Munderloh was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frederic Munderloh made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Torsten Vieth sent off a good shot on target. But to his dismay, Marc-André Grabowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Constantin-Maximilian Pickartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mirko Ahrendt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Torsten Vieth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederic Munderloh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sparbaregg's Frederic Munderloh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Philipp Schaaf in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fight Club had played much better football throughout.
