Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Sparbaregg booed when FC Almenland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Behrens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, David Gärtner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthäus Maurer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Hermanseder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norman Jeremies received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Frederic Munderloh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sparbaregg getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Lothar Scheiff hit a great ball. Peter Hermanseder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthäus Maurer having to interfere. With an all-out effort, FC Almenland's Frederic Munderloh threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erik Behrens, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jochen Cremer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederic Munderloh having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Sparbaregg got a freekick which was hit by Michael-Jan Szüczs. Frederic Munderloh was a little too slow when Jochen Cremer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 35th minute, Norman Jeremies fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Frederic Munderloh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jochen Cremer in the 36th minute of play. Norman Jeremies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederic Munderloh having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mirko Ahrendt made a kick off. Peter Hermanseder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matthäus Maurer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirko Ahrendt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Almenland's zone, Mirko Ahrendt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthäus Maurer came out of the goal and Mirko Ahrendt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jochen Cremer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederic Munderloh having to interfere. If Peter Hermanseder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes FC Almenland got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Gehlen. 74 minutes into the game, Max Kölzig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sparbaregg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Almenland the free kick. After 74 played minutes Sparbaregg got a freekick which was hit by Max Kölzig. Frederic Munderloh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jochen Cremer in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Norman Jeremies made a precise shot to the right of Frederic Munderloh. Sparbaregg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Oliver Gehlen charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oliver Gehlen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, FC Almenland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Gehlen to maneuver through the defense.
