Willi Brauer hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, ASK Kottingbrunn's goal looked a bit too open when Jörg Holst came free, but Philipp Seifert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philipp Seifert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Ulrich Pätzold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Jörg Holst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villacher Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörg Holst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philipp Seifert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ulrich Pätzold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulrich Pätzold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Philipp Seifert made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ulrich Pätzold made the kick off in the second half. Felix Selinger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Oliver Oberleitner having to make a save. With a little luck, Villacher Fc's Jan-Oliver Oberleitner got control of the ball when Felix Selinger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jürgen Hasselberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Jan-Oliver Oberleitner when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ulrich Pätzold took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Philipp Seifert. Philipp Seifert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in ASK Kottingbrunn's zone, Benjamin Vanik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Seifert came out of the goal and Benjamin Vanik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Willi Brauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes, Johann Bunischew mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ASK Kottingbrunn and the Villacher Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Villacher Fc booed when ASK Kottingbrunn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johann Bunischew didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Ulrich Pätzold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felix Selinger hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Philipp Seifert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulrich Pätzold's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ASK Kottingbrunn's zone, Benjamin Vanik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philipp Seifert came out of the goal and Benjamin Vanik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulrich Pätzold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willi Brauer hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrich Pätzold in the 86th minute of play forced ASK Kottingbrunn's goalkeeper Philipp Seifert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ulrich Pätzold came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Villacher Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulrich Pätzold couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Vanik during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Villacher Fc had played much better football throughout.
