Arne Hennig who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Damian Albrecht when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13thth minute of the game Helmut Wilzek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Schwarzach's Aki Jener was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Feldkirchen booed when FC Schwarzach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jannick Pörschke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes, Feldkirchen's Marc-Joel Messerschmidt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aki Jener came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Feldkirchen reached it. Aki Jener came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Feldkirchen's Helmut Wilzek. But to his dismay, Helmut Wilzek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Helmut Wilzek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aki Jener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Schwarzach's Jonas Langhals got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Feldkirchen got a corner. FC Schwarzach's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marc-Joel Messerschmidt ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Feldkirchen's Marc-Joel Messerschmidt to fire away a dangerous shot which Aki Jener despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Schwarzach's Arne Hennig got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aki Jener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmut Wilzek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Damian Pröger got free in front of the goal in the 40th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Aki Jener was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Helmut Wilzek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aki Jener was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Damian Pröger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 52nd match minute, Feldkirchen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Nicolas Lorenz to maneuver through the defense. When Tobias Märs came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FC Schwarzach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Märs couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute Tobias Märs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Albrecht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
