The crowd rose to their feet as SK Ternitz 2007's Nino Katzer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Achim Geiblinger. That made the score 2-0 after 17 minutes of play. Nino Katzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kogelberg FC's Niclas Traintinger got a free kick in the 24th minute. Karl-Heinz Flöter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Ziehsow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Ziehsow took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Heinz Flöter. Karl-Heinz Flöter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Patrik Ziehsow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Heinz Flöter having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Nino Katzer made a precise shot to the right of Achim Geiblinger. Kogelberg FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Tim Wenning took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Achim Geiblinger. Achim Geiblinger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.

52 minutes into the match, Kogelberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Polskis came free, but Achim Geiblinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Til Neuendorf took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Heinz Flöter. Karl-Heinz Flöter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Nino Katzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Simon Polskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Geiblinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Tim Wenning had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Achim Geiblinger. Kogelberg FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tim Wenning was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Achim Geiblinger came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Ternitz 2007's Nino Katzer. But to his dismay, Nino Katzer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Achim Geiblinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nino Katzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Achim Geiblinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Wenning in the 73rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Simon Polskis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Achim Geiblinger was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Ralf Nussbaum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Kogelberg FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SK Ternitz 2007:s goal. Achim Geiblinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nino Katzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute Patrik Ziehsow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Heinz Flöter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Andre-Yann Weiler came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Kogelberg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andre-Yann Weiler couldn't finish the play. Nino Katzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Achim Geiblinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ralf Nussbaum fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kogelberg FC's protests and gave Ralf Nussbaum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Ralf Nussbaum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kogelberg FC's Philipp-Marc Heinz got a free kick in the 89th minute. Nino Katzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achim Geiblinger having to interfere.
