The goal made the score 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Sven-Hendrik Cuypers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stephan-Andreas Sellmann. Sven-Hendrik Cuypers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. If Dennis-Sven Pupeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 minutes of play, Rotweillers's Jonas Ingenhoven made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tim Vortkamp was left in no man's land by his defense there! Urs Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, Rotweillers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manfred Trautmann to maneuver through the defense. Stephan-Andreas Sellmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Hendrik Cuypers, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Bergheim FSV's Tim Vortkamp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Ingenhoven in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Joshua Prause recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stephan-Andreas Sellmann. Joshua Prause showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timo Meier in the 46th minute of play forced Rotweillers's goalkeeper Stephan-Andreas Sellmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Steffen Manninger kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 53 minutes, Nicholas Hundgeburth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rotweillers and the Bergheim FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54thth minute of the game Sven-Hendrik Cuypers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rotweillers's Stephan-Andreas Sellmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manfred Trautmann hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Gerrit Schmitter made in the 57th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nicholas Hundgeburth. In the 61st match minute, Bergheim FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis-Sven Pupeter to maneuver through the defense. Stephan-Andreas Sellmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timo Meier, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jonas Ingenhoven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rotweillers's Stephan-Andreas Sellmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Hendrik Cuypers in the 81st minute of play. When Dennis-Sven Pupeter came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Bergheim FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis-Sven Pupeter couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Rotweillers's goal looked a bit too open when Joshua Prause came free, but Stephan-Andreas Sellmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Sven-Hendrik Cuypers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan-Andreas Sellmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bergheim FSV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
