When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Alex Dresner took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Hans-Georg Hörtnagel to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Genau in the 26th minute of play forced ManagerZone FC's goalkeeper Hans-Georg Hörtnagel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wolfgang-Bernd Ansmann scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans-Georg Hörtnagel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Andre Hasse's late challenge caught a ManagerZone FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andre Hasse helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ManagerZone FC booed when FC Hessen United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Hasse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Röber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stephan Niggemeyer's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Patrick Genau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Hans-Georg Hörtnagel made a huge save. In the 38th minute, Daniel Hönicke made a precise shot to the right of Hans-Georg Hörtnagel. ManagerZone FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 78th match minute, ManagerZone FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Backeshoff to maneuver through the defense.
