Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1964, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Anibal Sobera took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, ΜUΣΑΛΑ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemens Pezel to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Alejandro Quirze managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when ΜUΣΑΛΑ's Toni Schulze-Oben fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 14 minutes into the match, ΜUΣΑΛΑ's goal looked a bit too open when Severin Diling came free, but Robert Brückl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Yannick Trame in the 16th minute really tested Alejandro Quirze's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 21 minutes into the match, ΜUΣΑΛΑ's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Sobera came free, but Robert Brückl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Till-Julius Strobl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Robert Brückl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pulgarn's Rick Schram got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yannick Trame got free with Alejandro Quirze in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Till-Julius Strobl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute, Till-Julius Strobl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Brückl was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 41st match minute, Pulgarn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Sobera to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the game, Matthias Lojewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pulgarn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΜUΣΑΛΑ the free kick. In the 49th minute, Matthias Lojewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Heiko Barzik, 50 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toni Schulze-Oben to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match ΜUΣΑΛΑ got a corner. Pulgarn's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yannick Trame ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ΜUΣΑΛΑ's Yannick Trame to fire away a dangerous shot which Alejandro Quirze despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 57th minute, Matthäus Polster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ΜUΣΑΛΑ getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Heiko Barzik hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toni Schulze-Oben in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Quirze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ΜUΣΑΛΑ's Robert Brückl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save ΜUΣΑΛΑ from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severin Diling during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute, Matthias Lojewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Schulze-Oben, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pulgarn walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
