Gernot Hülsmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some careless play in the Power Vienna defense, Till-Julius Strobl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gernot Hülsmann. The Power Vienna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gernot Hülsmann should have stopped the shot. Nils Amerhauser hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Anibal Sobera notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Power Vienna's Gernot Hülsmann. Gernot Hülsmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alejandro Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Till Bünder, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Lutz Mattern made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ulrich Sauer. Severin Diling took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gernot Hülsmann. Gernot Hülsmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 27 minutes into the match, Power Vienna's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Sobera came free, but Gernot Hülsmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Till Bünder, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Robin Ludwig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Power Vienna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Ludwig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Pulgarn's Alejandro Quirze got control of the ball when Till Bünder tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pulgarn's Marc-Joel Vanik got a free kick in the 40th minute. Lutz Mattern made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Power Vienna's Till-Julius Schipploch. Till Bünder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Anibal Sobera notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Power Vienna's Gernot Hülsmann. Gernot Hülsmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The supporters of Power Vienna booed when Pulgarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rick Schram didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Robin Ludwig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pulgarn's Anibal Sobera got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Alejandro Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Ludwig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee showed Nils Amerhauser the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Power Vienna getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Nils Amerhauser hit a great ball. Pulgarn's Alejandro Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Ludwig in the 93rd minute of play. Robin Ludwig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Alejandro Quirze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils Amerhauser was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severin Diling got free with Gernot Hülsmann in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle went the supporters of Pulgarn were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Power Vienna side.
