Spectators: 8428 (Terracing: 6322, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nickolas Lazu kicked off to start the match. Stefan Achteresch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute Nickolas Lazu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Angenendt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Gebersdorf's Michael Tschorn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Verschüren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Gebersdorf's Michael Tschorn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roman Verschüren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Darius Kirchler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pascal Angenendt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Gebersdorf's goalkeeper Pascal Angenendt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darius Kirchler. A collision led to Gebersdorf getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jonathan Molin hit a great ball. Marcel Terwester was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Roman Verschüren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Tschorn, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Gebersdorf's Michael Tschorn got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roman Verschüren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Tschorn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Knukwuk Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Uwe Gennburg came free, but Roman Verschüren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Verschüren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Tschorn, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Knukwuk Ravens's Roman Verschüren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Tschorn in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Tschorn was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Knukwuk Ravens got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Achteresch. Roman Verschüren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Tschorn in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match, Michael Tschorn tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Roman Verschüren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Michael Tschorn received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roman Verschüren came out and tried to block the shot, but Michael Tschorn slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 64th minute. Roman Verschüren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Tschorn in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Knukwuk Ravens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius Kirchler to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th match minute, Gebersdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uwe Gennburg to maneuver through the defense. Uwe Gennburg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Roman Verschüren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Uwe Gennburg made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Knukwuk Ravens's Roman Verschüren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Roman Verschüren managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Gebersdorf's Uwe Gennburg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match was over Gebersdorf could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Knukwuk Ravens throughout the match.
