The referee ignored Knukwuk Ravens's protests and gave Helmut Knorr a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th match minute, Knukwuk Ravens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helmut Knorr to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Verschüren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albert Aufhauser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Roman Verschüren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nickolas Lazu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roman Verschüren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Schachner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Aufhauser in the 55th minute of play forced Knukwuk Ravens's goalkeeper Roman Verschüren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Aufhauser might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Verschüren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albert Aufhauser ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of FV Wienerwald Clube booed when Knukwuk Ravens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Achteresch didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Joachim Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Knukwuk Ravens's Roman Verschüren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Villa in the 62nd minute of play. Darius Kirchler got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 4-1 in the right cross in the 64th match minute before Tom Tiggelkamp had time to react. Roman Verschüren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Aufhauser in the 68th minute of the match. Helmut Knorr was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 74 played minutes Knukwuk Ravens got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Achteresch. If Joachim Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Verschüren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Eckardt in the 84th minute of play. Roman Verschüren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Aufhauser in the 87th minute of the match. The FV Wienerwald Clube fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when FV Wienerwald Clube's Albert Aufhauser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albert Aufhauser in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Verschüren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dennis Pöck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Verschüren having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Knukwuk Ravens players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FV Wienerwald Clube.
