In the 2nd minute Louis Bell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Meyers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, F.C. Augsburg 1907's Achim Meyers got control of the ball when Victorio Demesio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lanzenkirchen's Nicolai Nowak got a free kick in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the match, F.C. Augsburg 1907's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Bergmann came free, but Achim Meyers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Claus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Achim Meyers when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute Sören Bergmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Meyers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Augsburg 1907's Achim Meyers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Bergmann in the 24th minute of play. The corner led Lanzenkirchen's Sören Bergmann to fire away a dangerous shot which Achim Meyers despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of F.C. Augsburg 1907 booed when Lanzenkirchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Chiellini didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Claus in the 29th minute of play forced F.C. Augsburg 1907's goalkeeper Achim Meyers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Roque Claus notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of F.C. Augsburg 1907's Achim Meyers. Achim Meyers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, F.C. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Göksel Müfit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Victorio Demesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achim Meyers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louis Bell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Achim Meyers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Lanzenkirchen getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Sören Bergmann hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Victorio Demesio had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marius Beckenbauer during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lanzenkirchen made a substitution. Roland Freytag replaced Victorio Demesio. In the 70th minute, Marius Beckenbauer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achim Meyers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Freytag in the 71st minute of the match. Louis Bell struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Achim Meyers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lanzenkirchen. Augsburg 1907 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Kienast to maneuver through the defense. Holger Häfeli might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Achim Meyers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Holger Häfeli ran back to his position shaking his head. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lanzenkirchen had played much better football throughout.
