Linsberg FC

Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 65) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mikolaj Lichucki made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Linsberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Brückner came free, but Torsten Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Daxenbach FSV fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Daxenbach FSV's Timo Kaltenbach looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Klaus Pahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Oliver Brückner put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Torsten Ström. In the 14th minute Timo Kaltenbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikolaj Lichucki in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Stuber saved Daxenbach FSV from getting behind. The Linsberg FC fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Linsberg FC's Mikolaj Lichucki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Timo Kaltenbach scored 1-4 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torsten Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zvonko Jovančić got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felix Kohler. Torsten Ström came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Daxenbach FSV's Timo Kaltenbach. But to his dismay, Timo Kaltenbach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 29th minute, Kim Holst left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Daxenbach FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. After 33 minutes of play, Daxenbach FSV's Timo Kaltenbach made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torsten Ström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Kaltenbach in the 36th minute of play. Timo Kaltenbach took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torsten Ström. Torsten Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timo Kaltenbach in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torsten Ström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torsten Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo Kaltenbach in the 44th minute of the match. Torsten Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timo Kaltenbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 1-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timo Kaltenbach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Torsten Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Brückner, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. If Timo Kaltenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Brückner in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Daxenbach FSV's Oliver Brückner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torsten Ström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9. When Daxenbach FSV's Timo Kaltenbach in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Linsberg FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Linsberg FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Heiko Schellenberger hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Linsberg FC's zone, Klaus Pahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Ström came out of the goal and Klaus Pahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th match minute, Daxenbach FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Teuwen to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Torben Lambacher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Stuber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Klaus Pahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Linsberg FC defense, Klaus Pahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Ström. The Linsberg FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Ström should have stopped the shot. Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Linsberg FC from getting a goal against them. Timo Kaltenbach's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torsten Ström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Oliver Brückner notched a goal, 1-11, to the right of Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström. Torsten Ström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Daxenbach FSV left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Linsberg FC.
