Spectators: 7515 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 65) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anfilogino Alfonsi started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Linsberg FC defense, Anfilogino Alfonsi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Ström. The Linsberg FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Ström should have stopped the shot. In the 8th minute of the match FV Wienerwald got a corner. Linsberg FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ralf Szüczs ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Anfilogino Alfonsi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Torsten Ström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 15 minutes into the match, Linsberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Hanschirik came free, but Torsten Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Felix Hanschirik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torsten Ström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Felix Hanschirik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Torsten Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamilton Carvalhal took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torsten Ström. Torsten Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ralf Szüczs scored 0-5 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torsten Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Anfilogino Alfonsi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Torsten Ström was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. FV Wienerwald's Hamilton Carvalhal got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Felix Hanschirik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Torsten Ström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Hanschirik to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Hamilton Carvalhal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torsten Ström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. In the 47th minute, Mikolaj Lichucki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half FV Wienerwald were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikolaj Lichucki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Felix Kohler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Szüczs in the 55th minute of play forced Linsberg FC's goalkeeper Torsten Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Linsberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Szüczs came free, but Torsten Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Ström made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Klaus Adolphi sent off a good shot on target. FV Wienerwald made a substitution. Célio Nogueira replaced Anfilogino Alfonsi. FV Wienerwald's Per Nienhaus was substituted for Hamilton Carvalhal. When FV Wienerwald's Célio Nogueira in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 79 minutes, Heiko Schellenberger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Linsberg FC and the FV Wienerwald players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Linsberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiko Schellenberger to maneuver through the defense. Torsten Ström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Célio Nogueira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 80 minute of play. Kjell Stigsson's late challenge caught a FV Wienerwald's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Stigsson helped the player get up and apologised. Kjell Stigsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Torsten Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Célio Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute FV Wienerwald were awarded a corner. Ralf Szüczs went to the cornerflag to take it. Torsten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Trautermann in the 89th minute of play. After 96 minutes, Célio Nogueira made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
