In the 8th minute, Rappersdorf FSV's Gregorio Montez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Torsten Ström. Torsten Ström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kilian Herzog in the 11th minute of play forced Linsberg FC's goalkeeper Torsten Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niclas Kuhl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikolaj Lichucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Dustin Jetzek hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Linsberg FC's goalkeeper Torsten Ström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregorio Montez. When Marian Ciociu fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rappersdorf FSV's protests and gave Marian Ciociu a yellow card for diving instead. Torben Lambacher struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Niclas Kuhl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linsberg FC. Niclas Kuhl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torben Lambacher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Frederik Wankum could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Torsten Ström however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Werner Nitsche in the 30th minute of play forced Linsberg FC's goalkeeper Torsten Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Mikolaj Lichucki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Kuhl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mikolaj Lichucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torsten Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Montez in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Rappersdorf FSV's Dustin Jetzek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torsten Ström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Torsten Ström was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Dustin Jetzek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dustin Jetzek really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 48th match minute, Rappersdorf FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dustin Jetzek to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Gregorio Montez made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Gregorio Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kilian Herzog's late challenge caught a Linsberg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kilian Herzog helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Linsberg FC booed when Rappersdorf FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linsberg FC's Torsten Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Montez in the 88th minute of play. Dustin Jetzek kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Torben Lambacher, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Linsberg FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Kjell Stigsson hit a great ball.
