The crowd rose to their feet as Katundi i ri's Guri Muka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arianit Simaku. That made the score 1-5 after 56 minutes of play. After 60 played minutes, Katundi i ri's Mario Gashi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arianit Simaku came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Katundi i ri reached it. If Guri Muka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamdi Margjeka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arianit Simaku read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Trim Panajoti charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
