After 8 minutes, Mojsi Bushi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cakran and the Mamurras players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mojsi Bushi kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Jashar Xhaferri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamurras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jashar Xhaferri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Margarit Salihaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olsi Dinaku, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With his leg Margarit Salihaj managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Cakran's Shezai Laraku fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erman Shiku hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Shezai Laraku could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Margarit Salihaj made a huge save. In the 41st minute, Halil Plasari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Siri Shllaku was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Shezai Laraku blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Margarit Salihaj having to make a save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olsi Dinaku was the one to do the kick off. Margarit Salihaj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shezai Laraku went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Margarit Salihaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olsi Dinaku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Margarit Salihaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Olsi Dinaku shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Margarit Salihaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Mamurras's goal looked a bit too open when Shezai Laraku came free, but Margarit Salihaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cakran's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
