When Blerim Cana fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peqin's protests and gave Blerim Cana a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Peqin getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Blerim Cana hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, one of LIDER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LIDER. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sahit Ujkani in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agron Skrapari saved LIDER from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sahit Ujkani in the 11th minute of play forced LIDER's goalkeeper Agron Skrapari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Blerim Cana came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Peqin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blerim Cana couldn't finish the play. If Blerim Cana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hektor Kulla fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peqin's protests and gave Hektor Kulla a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Peqin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LIDER:s goal. When the match had been going on for 25 minutes, LIDER's Halil Shaho got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jashar Dalipi. Nardi Fejzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jashar Dalipi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sadri Rama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Elvin Ndoja managed to get in a good position for a shot. LIDER's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvin Ndoja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jashar Dalipi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erzen Meta kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sokol Guga to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Peqin's Sadri Rama got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Sadri Rama was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peqin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LIDER the free kick. Sadri Rama kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes, LIDER's Halil Shaho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jashar Dalipi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LIDER reached it. The supporters of LIDER booed when Peqin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berti Shega didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 minutes, Kurt Çobani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LIDER and the Peqin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Blerim Cana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Agron Skrapari made a huge save. Sahit Ujkani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Peqin players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
