The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Rugova during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Halid Luarasi charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halid Luarasi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Halid Luarasi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Mehmet Pogradecari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valon Neziri in the 35th minute of the match. Albano Rugova fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Pogradecari having to interfere. Ballshi's Albano Rugova got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd match minute, Ballshi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fllad Beqaj to maneuver through the defense. Valon Neziri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet Pogradecari read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Admirim Xhaferri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Desi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiz Shelgu to maneuver through the defense. If Albano Rugova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 64 minutes, Pandi Shahini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pandi Shahini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ballshi's Valon Neziri got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Qatip Gallo's late challenge caught a Desi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qatip Gallo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ballshi's Qatip Gallo got a free kick in the 74th minute. Desi FC's Mehmet Pogradecari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valon Neziri in the 78th minute of play. Albano Rugova was extremely unlucky when he, in the 79th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Tani Pilinxhi fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Desi FC's protests and gave Tani Pilinxhi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ballshi booed when Desi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tani Pilinxhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Valon Neziri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballshi's supporters rose to their feet, but Valon Neziri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Pogradecari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fllad Beqaj kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Desi FC's goalkeeper Mehmet Pogradecari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Rugova. With his leg Mehmet Pogradecari managed to avoid a goal in the 100thth minute, when Ballshi's Albano Rugova fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match was over Ballshi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Desi FC throughout the match.
