Gazmor Xaka kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Esat Nasti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Rugova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th match minute, Kukës FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pëllumb Hysa to maneuver through the defense. Hasan Fieri kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Esat Nasti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Rugova, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Beqir Cake hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Albano Rugova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esat Nasti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valon Neziri, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Vajkal Purba took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remzi Hysenbegasi. Remzi Hysenbegasi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Vajkal Purba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remzi Hysenbegasi having to interfere. Ballshi's Albano Rugova got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute Albano Rugova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esat Nasti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valon Neziri to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kukës FK's goalkeeper Esat Nasti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kukës FK's Bardhi Arapi got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ballshi were furious when Skënder Shahini was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 57th minute, one of Ballshi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ballshi. Remzi Hysenbegasi had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Flamur Shenaj's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Albano Rugova managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballshi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Rugova was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ballshi's Festim Lazaj got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 73 played minutes Ballshi got a freekick which was hit by Valon Neziri. In the 81st minute of the match, Albano Rugova got a very nice opportunity to score, but Esat Nasti was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vajkal Purba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Remzi Hysenbegasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kukës FK's Esat Nasti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Kukës FK from getting a goal against them. Albano Rugova could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Esat Nasti made a huge save. Kukës FK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
