In the 4th minute, Latif Dhembi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sllovë fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 9th minute Eneid Berishaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rako Hazgani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juli Çerçizi kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Neritian Llakmani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rako Hazgani was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Eneid Berishaj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 21 in the game by Neritian Llakmani from a close distance when the talented Rako Hazgani managed to make a qualified save. Sllovë's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneid Berishaj in the 23rd minute of play forced Sllovë's goalkeeper Rako Hazgani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Azdreni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luli Tafilaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mandi Radici during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mandi Radici hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Latif Dhembi came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Sllovë fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Latif Dhembi couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Howden FC's goalkeeper Ahmed Azdreni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Eneid Berishaj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmed Azdreni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luli Tafilaj in the 43rd minute of play. When Sllovë's Latif Dhembi in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Howden FC's goalie prevented a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eneid Berishaj to make the kick off. If Latif Dhembi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmed Azdreni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Latif Dhembi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Sllovë's goal looked a bit too open when Eneid Berishaj came free, but Rako Hazgani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Latif Dhembi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eneid Berishaj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neritian Llakmani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rako Hazgani having to interfere. Ahmed Azdreni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Latif Dhembi in the 76th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Howden FC got a freekick which was hit by Minir Prenga. Ahmed Azdreni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Latif Dhembi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luli Tafilaj got free with Ahmed Azdreni in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zani Tapa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sllovë eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
