The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Llazi Xhemollari showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Crvena-Zvezda booed when Rukaj was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Limoz Vrapi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Llazi Xhemollari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Visi Hajdaraj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Llazi Xhemollari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Visi Hajdaraj in the 8th minute of play. Limoz Vrapi charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Limoz Vrapi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th match minute, Rukaj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Limoz Vrapi to maneuver through the defense. Avni Daja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisi Haxhiaj in the 18th minute of play forced Crvena-Zvezda's goalkeeper Osmen Majko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avni Daja struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Llazi Xhemollari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crvena-Zvezda. After a defensive mix-up in Rukaj's zone, Tosun Myftiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Llazi Xhemollari came out of the goal and Tosun Myftiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osmen Majko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisi Haxhiaj in the 25th minute of the match. Mitat Qosja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmen Majko having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisi Haxhiaj in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osmen Majko saved Crvena-Zvezda from getting behind. After having played for 30 minutes, Luisi Haxhiaj managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rukaj's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisi Haxhiaj was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osmen Majko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitat Qosja in the 32nd minute of the match. Mitat Qosja struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. The wind increased when Avni Daja made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mitat Qosja got free with Osmen Majko in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Avni Daja scored 1-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Llazi Xhemollari, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Imer Pambuku hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Valter Geri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osmen Majko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luisi Haxhiaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Osmen Majko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mitat Qosja was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. Rukaj's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Osmen Majko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mitat Qosja in the 65th minute. With a little luck, Crvena-Zvezda's Osmen Majko got control of the ball when Mitat Qosja tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 minutes, Lutfi Tusha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crvena-Zvezda and the Rukaj players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Lutfi Tusha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
