After a rather tough play, Maqellarë's Meti Qyra got a free kick in the 41st minute. Fitim Galica scored 0-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidni Nikolla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Tirana KF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Sidni Nikolla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Abeshi in the 85th minute of play. If Fitim Galica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute.
