The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Spirro Rama showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pleurat Aliti in the 6th minute of the match. Krenar Daci was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Nevjon Çapollari capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nevjon Çapollari really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Shëngjin SdfsK's Pleurat Aliti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Spirro Rama narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Golem SK's Spirro Rama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pleurat Aliti in the 17th minute of play. When Ardian Hidi fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golem SK's protests and gave Ardian Hidi a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Golem SK got a freekick which was hit by Ardian Hidi. 31 minutes into the match, Golem SK's goal looked a bit too open when Pleurat Aliti came free, but Spirro Rama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shëngjin SdfsK's Gjok Fetah suffered a sore thigh after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 32 minutes, Dhori Ulqini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golem SK and the Shëngjin SdfsK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 34 minutes into the game, Adis Shulku threw the ball into play from the sideline. Shëngjin SdfsK's Albi Ibi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Spirro Rama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frenk Piqoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute, Nevjon Çapollari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With 42 minutes on the clock, Arlind Arbnori commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 43rd minute, Arlind Arbnori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Nevjon Çapollari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golem SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Nevjon Çapollari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krenar Daci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Mario Xhagolli notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Shëngjin SdfsK's Krenar Daci. Krenar Daci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Krenar Daci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orind Ruvina, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Pleurat Aliti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Spirro Rama having to make a save. Ardian Hidi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Golem SK's goalkeeper Spirro Rama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pleurat Aliti. After 76 played minutes Shëngjin SdfsK got a freekick which was hit by Elion Lazellari. After some careless play in the Golem SK defense, Albi Ibi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Spirro Rama. The Golem SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Spirro Rama should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Shëngjin SdfsK's zone, Mario Xhagolli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krenar Daci came out of the goal and Mario Xhagolli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Spirro Rama didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-2. In the 96th minute, Dhori Ulqini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Golem SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
