Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dasant Lipo kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Dennis Kostedde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hetlem Piqoni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 8 played minutes KF KORCA got a freekick which was hit by Izet Hamdiu. Olgers Lumaj could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Virgil Mortu made a huge save. When Mentor Zazane fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KF KORCA's protests and gave Mentor Zazane a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, KF KORCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mentor Zazane to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Olgers Lumaj managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grekan's supporters rose to their feet, but Olgers Lumaj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgil Mortu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Mentor Zazane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hetlem Piqoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Kostedde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Izet Hamdiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KF KORCA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grekan the free kick. After 23 played minutes KF KORCA got a freekick which was hit by Izet Hamdiu. After 24th play minutes Alejandro Tena shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Hetlem Piqoni and just under the crossbar into goal. 29 minutes into the game, Nuredin Lako threw the ball into play from the sideline. KF KORCA's Mentor Zazane quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Grekan booed when KF KORCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mentor Zazane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rako Elezi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgil Mortu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Grekan's Hetlem Piqoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Tena in the 41st minute of play. After some careless play in the Grekan defense, Alejandro Tena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hetlem Piqoni. The Grekan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hetlem Piqoni should have stopped the shot. After the first half KF KORCA were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dennis Kostedde to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Dennis Kostedde sped through Grekan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hetlem Piqoni. In the 64thth minute of the game Alejandro Tena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grekan's Hetlem Piqoni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgil Mortu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dasant Lipo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, KF KORCA's Hetlem Piqoni threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alejandro Tena, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Izet Hamdiu made a great header on KF KORCA's corner, it was just that Grekan's Hetlem Piqoni managed to reach the ball for a save. Alejandro Tena had several of the Grekan's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Hetlem Piqoni as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 81stth minute of the game Alejandro Tena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grekan's Hetlem Piqoni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dennis Kosteddes short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Hetlem Piqoni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Alejandro Tena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Kostedde might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hetlem Piqoni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dennis Kostedde ran back to his position shaking his head. KF KORCA's Virgil Mortu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olgers Lumaj in the 94th minute of play. KF KORCA played a much better game than Grekan and deserved their victory. The Grekan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
