The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Dennis Kostedde dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Florim Ishka, 1-0. Platin Vinca's late challenge caught a KF KORCA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Platin Vinca helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KF KORCA booed when Viasd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Platin Vinca didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Viasd getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Sefedin Roçi hit a great ball. After 12 minutes of play, KF KORCA's Dashi Binishi made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florim Ishka was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Dennis Kostedde came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the KF KORCA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Kostedde couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Viasd's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Kostedde came free, but Florim Ishka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Sefedin Roçi had to leave the field with a concussion. After 23 minutes, Izet Hamdiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KF KORCA and the Viasd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Viasd made a substitution. Milosao Papa replaced Sefedin Roçi. Florim Ishka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ardian Kotomelo in the 32nd minute of the match. Virgil Mortu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fuat Shero in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Dashi Binishi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. In the 41st match minute, Viasd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikel Tirona to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Viasd's Mikel Tirona got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorxhi Kamberi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ardian Kotomelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Florim Ishka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ardian Kotomelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ardian Kotomelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 61 minutes into the match, Viasd's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Kostedde came free, but Florim Ishka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florim Ishka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dennis Kostedde's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Mikel Tirona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florim Ishka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Kostedde in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Viasd's goalkeeper Florim Ishka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute Ardian Kotomelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florim Ishka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Kostedde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Florim Ishka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorxhi Kamberi in the 93rd minute of play forced KF KORCA's goalkeeper Virgil Mortu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viasd were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after KF KORCA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ermal Latifllari took the corner. The corner led Viasd's Mikel Tirona to fire away a dangerous shot which Virgil Mortu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. There was no doubt that KF KORCA were the better team. KF KORCA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
