Spectators: 8448 (Terracing: 6337, Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ralph Nicholson started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Dynamo 93 booed when Totnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darren Crossley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miles Palmer, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Harvey Saunders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Nicholson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doug Whitford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Saunders having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Doug Whitford made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Totnes's Harvey Saunders tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Freddie Morris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jimmy Crooks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Totnes's goalkeeper Harvey Saunders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 29 minutes, Denzil Baird mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Totnes and the Dynamo 93 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Denzil Baird hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Totnes's zone, Doug Whitford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harvey Saunders came out of the goal and Doug Whitford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harvey Saunders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Nicholson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harvey Saunders didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doug Whitford went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ralph Nicholson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Harvey Saunders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Totnes's Freddie Morris got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Jimmy Crooks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Barrie Perkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Doug Whitford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dynamo 93's supporters rose to their feet, but Doug Whitford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harvey Saunders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ralph Nicholson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralph Nicholson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Harvey Saunders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Ralph Nicholson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Saunders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Darren Crossley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Totnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo 93 the free kick. In the 64th minute, Darren Crossley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harvey Saunders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralph Nicholson in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Nicholson in the 76th minute of play forced Totnes's goalkeeper Harvey Saunders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harvey Saunders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Nicholson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 80th minute of the match Darren Crossley completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Darren Crossley a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 81 played minutes Totnes got a freekick which was hit by Darren Crossley. 82 minutes into the game, Freddie Morris was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Totnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo 93 the free kick. Freddie Morris kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Dynamo 93's Miles Palmer tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Dynamo 93's Ralph Nicholson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harvey Saunders narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th match minute, Totnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Morris to maneuver through the defense. Doug Whitford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dynamo 93's Ralph Nicholson got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carl Cotton charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carl Cotton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th match minute, Totnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Cotton to maneuver through the defense. When Ralph Nicholson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Dynamo 93 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralph Nicholson couldn't finish the play. Harvey Saunders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doug Whitford in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Totnes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dynamo 93.
