Jerome Porter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luke Hutchinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodney Thornton having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Turno Noche fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! After the first half Turno Noche were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joe Styles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Turno Noche got a freekick which was hit by Garth Alsop. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Turno Noche's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Micheal Parry was slow to take the kick. During this time Tiki Taka Barcelona's players had a chance to rest. Jerome Porter's late challenge caught a Tiki Taka Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerome Porter helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Turno Noche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerome Porter to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Micheal Parry got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Joe Styles put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Joey Hallam. Joey Hallam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Styles, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 79th minute Luke Hutchinson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodney Thornton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute of the match Micheal Parry sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joey Hallam skillfully saved the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Bob Tinker notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Turno Noche's Joey Hallam. Joey Hallam was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luke Hutchinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodney Thornton having to interfere. With a little luck, Tiki Taka Barcelona's Rodney Thornton got control of the ball when Jerome Porter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiki Taka Barcelona's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
