Mathias Hammarberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Mathias Hammarberg scored 3-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodney Thornton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rodney Thornton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Gacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th match minute, Tiki Taka Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grant Dowrick to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Mathias Hammarberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Rodney Thornton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Howard Briggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joe Styles was the one to do the kick off. Amri Solihin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosh Bartrup in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Teobald Gacki made a precise shot to the right of Rodney Thornton. Tiki Taka Barcelona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. If Teobald Gacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Hammarberg in the 64th minute of play forced Tiki Taka Barcelona's goalkeeper Rodney Thornton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodney Thornton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Hammarberg in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Westcliff on Sea's goal looked a bit too open when Grant Dowrick came free, but Amri Solihin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Teobald Gacki sped through Tiki Taka Barcelona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodney Thornton. The supporters of Westcliff on Sea booed when Tiki Taka Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rex Preston didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88th play minutes Mathias Hammarberg shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Rodney Thornton and just under the crossbar into goal. 91 minutes into the game, Mathias Hammarberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Rodney Thornton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodney Thornton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias Hammarberg's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Westcliff on Sea had played much better football throughout.
