If Jimmy Tompkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 21 in the game by Tristan Sharpe from a close distance when the talented Lance Moon managed to make a qualified save. Cuervos de Andorra's players were relieved. Tristan Sharpes short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Lance Moon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tristan Sharpe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Lance Moon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Jonathan Pryor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jack North hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Tony Beresford took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reuben Tompkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lance Moon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack North, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tristan Sharpe in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lance Moon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Callum Jewson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Jack North had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reuben Tompkins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cuervos de Andorra's Lance Moon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Sharpe in the 53rd minute of play. Lance Moon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack North, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lance Moon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Sharpe in the 55th minute of play. When Jimmy Tompkins came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Shepshed fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmy Tompkins couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the match, Cuervos de Andorra's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Sharpe came free, but Lance Moon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lance Moon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristan Sharpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimmy Tompkins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tristan Sharpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tristan Sharpe came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Shepshed fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tristan Sharpe couldn't finish the play. Lance Moon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tristan Sharpe in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Reuben Tompkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack North in the 78th minute of play forced Cuervos de Andorra's goalkeeper Lance Moon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roy Almond's late challenge caught a Shepshed's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roy Almond helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cuervos de Andorra's Roy Almond got a free kick in the 78th minute. The supporters of Shepshed booed when Cuervos de Andorra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Pryor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jack North took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lance Moon. Lance Moon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 87 minutes of play Cuervos de Andorra's Roy Almond was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lance Moon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Tompkins in the 95th minute of the match. In the 97th minute Tristan Sharpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lance Moon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shepshed walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
