Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zackary Stone kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, FC Onion's goalkeeper Jacob Bond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fitz Kent. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrew Whitehead in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimmy Fawcett saved FS LA MASSANA from getting behind. Stu Godsall kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. John Thompson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmy Fawcett having to make a save. When FC Onion's Andrew Whitehead in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FS LA MASSANA's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 29 minutes, Zackary Stone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FS LA MASSANA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zackary Stone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacob Bond came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by FS LA MASSANA's Fitz Kent. But to his dismay, Fitz Kent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jimmy Fawcett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Whitehead in the 40th minute of the match. FS LA MASSANA's Jimmy Fawcett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Key in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by FS LA MASSANA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rhys Thorne was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Onion's players had a chance to rest. 47 minutes into the match, FS LA MASSANA's goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Whitehead came free, but Jimmy Fawcett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrew Whitehead made a kick off. Zackary Stone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Jacob Bond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 52nd minute, Damon Oakes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacob Bond was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jacob Bond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fitz Kent in the 56th minute of play. Jacob Bond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stu Godsall in the 57th minute of play. John Thompson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Jimmy Fawcett made a huge save. A hard shot 64 in the game by John Thompson from a close distance when the talented Jimmy Fawcett managed to make a qualified save. FS LA MASSANA's players were relieved. After some careless play in the FS LA MASSANA defense, John Thompson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimmy Fawcett. The FS LA MASSANA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimmy Fawcett should have stopped the shot. Andrew Whitehead received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jimmy Fawcett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute of the match FS LA MASSANA got a corner. FC Onion's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Garry Connery ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Garry Connery almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Onion's Jacob Bond did a great save. Jacob Bond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zackary Stone, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Bryan Dryden hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the game, FC Onion's John Thompson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimmy Fawcett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 90 minutes into the match, John Thompson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmy Fawcett. FS LA MASSANA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Thompson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. After 94 minutes, Zackary Stone made it 3-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC Onion's Jacob Bond tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The FC Onion supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Onion would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
