Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jude Marriott kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Pic Negre's goal looked a bit too open when Jude Marriott came free, but Zane Beerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jude Marriott struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Zane Beerman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Copenhagen. F.C. Copenhagen's Darren Furniss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Copenhagen from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donald Saunders during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donald Saunders hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Tom Grigg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Zane Beerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jude Marriott took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zane Beerman. Zane Beerman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Donald Saunders was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Jude Marriott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half F.C. Copenhagen were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonny Bateman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pic Negre getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. James Bakewell hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, Pic Negre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phil Reeve to maneuver through the defense. Jonny Bateman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Hammett hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Darren Furniss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Bateman, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After some careless play in the Pic Negre defense, Jude Marriott kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zane Beerman. The Pic Negre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zane Beerman should have stopped the shot. Jude Marriott charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jude Marriott the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes F.C. Copenhagen got a freekick which was hit by Jude Marriott. Darren Furniss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Bateman, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. During the 84th minute of the match Jude Marriott completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jude Marriott a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 85th minute, Jude Marriott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Connor Froggatt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C. Copenhagen's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
