Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Koos Lemmen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Colin Colt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominic Davison in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Carpathia's goalkeeper Colin Colt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominic Davison. Les Deighton hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Micheal Grigg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norbury's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpathia the free kick. A collision led to Norbury getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Micheal Grigg hit a great ball. Koos Lemmen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Fleetham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Colin Colt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jo Deighton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jo Deighton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Colin Colt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Carlton Laverick hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes, Koos Lemmen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carpathia and the Norbury players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Carpathia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Koos Lemmen to maneuver through the defense. Colin Colt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominic Davison in the 28th minute. Jo Deighton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Rotherfield kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 32 minutes of play, Norbury's Dominic Davison made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Colin Colt was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Koos Lemmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Fleetham came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Carpathia's Koos Lemmen. But to his dismay, Koos Lemmen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 44 minutes into the match, Norbury's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Rotherfield came free, but Lucas Fleetham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koos Lemmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Fleetham having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jo Deighton was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Jo Deighton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Colin Colt. Carpathia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jo Deighton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Colin Colt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominic Davison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jo Deighton came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Norbury fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jo Deighton couldn't finish the play. Colin Colt came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Norbury's Dominic Davison. But to his dismay, Dominic Davison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jo Deighton in the 71st minute of play forced Carpathia's goalkeeper Colin Colt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Koos Lemmen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Fleetham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colin Colt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo Deighton, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Many of Carpathia's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Carpathia may have spent more time on the ball, but Norbury were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
