When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Trey Cheeseman was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Shaun Tyrell reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brandon Rush. The goal made the score 3-2. Scott Hodges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trey Cheeseman in the 57th minute of the match. Malmesbury's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Paul Downton scored to the left of an out of position Brandon Rush, making the score, 3-3. Paul Downton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 64th minute of the match Chaz Atkins completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Chaz Atkins a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Deveraux in the 66th minute of play forced Malmesbury's goalkeeper Brandon Rush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Downton struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Brandon Rush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MISCO FC. Scott Hodges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basil Moody, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shaun Tyrell kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Russ Brooks's late challenge caught a MISCO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Russ Brooks helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes Malmesbury got a freekick which was hit by Russ Brooks. Malmesbury's Brandon Rush proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Malmesbury from getting a goal against them. Rupert Peakman hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Malmesbury's Jamie Vine tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Trey Cheeseman took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Scott Hodges. Scott Hodges dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3.
