Danylo Tretyak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andriy Yarosh in the 5th minute of play. Oleg Gerasymyuk's late challenge caught a Znamjjanka FC Dynamo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oleg Gerasymyuk helped the player get up and apologised. Danylo Tretyak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andriy Yarosh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes, Vitaliy Kaznyukha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Znamjjanka FC Dynamo and the FC Mir Donetsk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vitaliy Kaznyukha hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. The supporters of Znamjjanka FC Dynamo booed when FC Mir Donetsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mefodiy Sylych didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes in the game Panas Uschapovskiy after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Roman Ulitych. A very good opportunity. Roman Ulitych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodion Lysyi in the 20th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, one of FC Mir Donetsk:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Mir Donetsk. Panas Uschapovskiy shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Rodion Lysyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavrylo Khanas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Roman Ulitych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodion Lysyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Viktor Mykhaylevskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Rodion Lysyi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roman Ulitych, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodion Lysyi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vitaliy Kaznyukha hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Andriy Yarosh scored 1-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danylo Tretyak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Znamjjanka FC Dynamo's Viktor Mykhaylevskyi got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Valeriy Kozyr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Mir Donetsk getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Borys Migalevsjkyi hit a great ball. Valeriy Kozyr kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Panas Uschapovskiy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Znamjjanka FC Dynamo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Mir Donetsk the free kick. After 79 played minutes Znamjjanka FC Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Panas Uschapovskiy. Roman Ulitych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavrylo Khanas in the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Znamjjanka FC Dynamo's goal looked a bit too open when Valeriy Kozyr came free, but Danylo Tretyak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Mir Donetsk's zone, Gavrylo Khanas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Ulitych came out of the goal and Gavrylo Khanas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Mir Donetsk getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sergiy Myzenko hit a great ball. Znamjjanka FC Dynamo's Danylo Tretyak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valeriy Kozyr in the 94th minute of play. Gavrylo Khanas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
