Spectators: 7526 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) FC Olimp's Arkhyp Zagladko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tymofiy Maznytsja in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oleg Olexiyenko saved FC Olimp from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC Olimp's Oleg Zadoenko got a free kick in the 4th minute. Halytsch's Tykhon Ivakhnyuk got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tymofiy Maznytsja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Tymofiy Maznytsja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oleg Olexiyenko. FC Olimp's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tymofiy Maznytsja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Mykyta Babiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arkhyp Zagladko came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the FC Olimp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkhyp Zagladko couldn't finish the play. Halytsch's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Arkhyp Zagladko scored to the left of an out of position Mefodiy Dotsenko, making the score, 1-1. Oleg Olexiyenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tymofiy Maznytsja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Olimp's Mykyta Babiy got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mefodiy Dotsenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkhyp Zagladko in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Arkhyp Zagladko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halytsch's Mefodiy Dotsenko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oleg Olexiyenko came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Halytsch's Tymofiy Maznytsja. But to his dismay, Tymofiy Maznytsja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Mykyta Babiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halytsch's Mefodiy Dotsenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkhyp Zagladko in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tymofiy Maznytsja to make the kick off. Tykhon Ivakhnyuk in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oleg Olexiyenko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 59 minutes into the match, Halytsch's goal looked a bit too open when Mykyta Babiy came free, but Mefodiy Dotsenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes, Valentyn Melnychenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halytsch and the FC Olimp players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Halytsch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentyn Melnychenko to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Oleg Olexiyenko managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Halytsch's Tykhon Ivakhnyuk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 70th minute Tymofiy Maznytsja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oleg Olexiyenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Olimp's Oleg Olexiyenko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC Olimp from getting a goal against them. The FC Olimp fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when FC Olimp's Arkhyp Zagladko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mefodiy Pikhur lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Halytsch! In the 91st minute there was a penalty for FC Olimp. Platon Savchenko stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mefodiy Dotsenko. 3-2. After having played for 96 minutes, Oleg Zadoenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Olimp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oleg Zadoenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Olimp's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
