In the 15th minute Vladyslav Ruday shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Patyak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Starij-Sambir FC Metalist's Platon Nesteruk got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Mykhaylo Chayka came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Кремень fans jumped to their feet. In the 72nd minute, Platon Nesteruk fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lev Patyak, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Kalach in the 74th minute of play forced Starij-Sambir FC Metalist's goalkeeper Yevgen Kutsenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lev Patyak made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Vladyslav Ruday sent off a good shot on target. Oleg Medvedev kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Кремень lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
