But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyrylo Skoba couldn't finish the play. Igor Nazaruk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Popovchenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The wind increased when Bogdan Popovchenko made the kick off in the second half. Igor Nazaruk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitaliy Khymchenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Artem Bobal might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kostyantyn Batrachenko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artem Bobal ran back to his position shaking his head. If Kyrylo Skoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyrylo Skoba in the 68th minute of play forced Nizhyn's goalkeeper Kostyantyn Batrachenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitaliy Khymchenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Igor Nazaruk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
