Ruslan Chupryna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gerardo Ortuguren made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Panas Zakharchenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Vsevolod Matlash made a huge save. Many of Real Youngs's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Real Youngs may have spent more time on the ball, but Kharkiv were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
